The industry standard for dry times is 6-10 hours, never to exceed 24 hours under extreme circumstances. Upholstery typically dries in 4-6 hours.
We highly recommend that you wait until the carpets are completely dry. Placing furniture on damp carpets have the potential to stain light colored carpets, which can be permanent.
We recommend vacuuming on a regular basis. Normal vacuuming helps to prolong the life and appearance of your carpets by removing dry debris that breaks down the fibers. We also pre vacuum as part of our service as well.
We ask that as much items be moved as possible before we arrive. Utilize areas that we are not servicing for temporary furniture placement. We can move some small items within reason. We typically go around large heavy objects.
